In the aftermath of the Virginia Tech tragedy, many colleges and universities are taking a closer look at their emergency response policies. President Ainlay has engaged a committee to review our policy and they have recommended the following policy. This is a draft.
The committee will meet regularly to review the policy and make amendments. Also attached to the emergency response policy is a list of actions taken over the summer to alert the Union community should a serious incident occur on campus.
